  A downtown boutique hotel that blends modern design with local character and offers walkable access to dining, entertainment and Route 66 attractions.
• Dream of Flight: Albuquerque International Sunport Renovation
  This major renovation is enhancing airport safety and infrastructure while creating a reimagined arrival experience. Travelers can now enjoy expanded shopping and dining options that showcase local flavors and add greater convenience throughout the terminal.
• Gathering of Nations - The Last Dance
  April 2026 marks the final Gathering of Nations Pow Wow, a historic and celebratory moment as Native dancers, artists, and communities from around the world come together in Albuquerque for one last unforgettable gathering.
• New Direct Flights
  The Albuquerque International Sunport now offers nonstop flights to 31 destinations, including new service to Washington, D.C. (IAD), and Nashville, TN (BNA).
• Park Square Market
  This new upscale food hall features a curated mix of local culinary and beverage concepts in a modern setting, making it ideal for groups with diverse tastes.
• Route 66 Remixed
  Spanning 18 miles with 19 unique installations, this open-air gallery transforms Albuquerque’s stretch of Route 66 into an art-fueled road trip.
• Turquoise Museum Relocation
  The Turquoise Museum has closed its downtown Albuquerque location as it prepares for a major relocation to a new site, which will be announced at a later date.
• Upgrades at Balloon Fiesta Park
  Albuquerque received a grant from the State of New Mexico to improve ADA accessibility at Balloon Fiesta Park, including repairs to uneven pavement. Upgrades will be completed ahead of the 2026 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
